Part-Time Professor, Media Studies
The incumbent will be responsible for teaching a weekly course in the Media Studies program entitled “Media Professional Selling II”. This course is an extension of the concepts and theories learned in “Media Professional Selling I”. The course examines the merits of different platforms as advertising vehicles either separately or in conjunction with each other. In addition to teaching, responsibilities will include: classroom management and evaluation, developing course material and innovative teaching methods.
The successful candidate will have a relevant graduate degree. Must have a demonstrated teaching ability and an understanding of the learning process, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years progressive experience in sales using a wide range of media platforms.
