Humber Named a GTA Top Employer for 2024

Humber College has been named one of Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for 2024. The awards by Canada’s Top 100 are the benchmark in the GTA for workplace best practices.  

In 2023, Humber undertook several significant business developments to strengthen its commitment to developing career-ready citizens, providing accessible education and building a healthy and inclusive community. These developments have contributed to the success of Humber students, employees and partners.

Partial Load Registry For Academic Professors

The Partial-Load Registry was introduced in the 2017 – 2021 CAAT-A Collective Agreement. It allows current or previously employed partial-load Professors (i.e. Professors teaching greater than 6 and up to 12 hours per week) to register their interest in working as a partial-load Professor at Humber College for the upcoming academic year.

Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Knowledge Base (KB)

The HRMS Knowledge Base houses a library of content such as: job aids, short videos, forms, and other resources that assist employees in executing actions on the HRMS. The KB is structured for employees to be able to access learning content anywhere and at any time that is convenient to their schedule.

The Service Delivery Model enhances the efficiency of the People(s) & Culture division, improves the consistency of our services, and enables us to provide higher value services to the Humber College Community.
